Stacking The Shelves is hosted by Tynga's Reviews and Reading Reality as a way to share all the books we got during the week!

The Sunday Post is hosted by Kimberly @ Caffeinated Reviewer. Its a weekly post to showcase what books you got, recap the week, and talk about what will be coming up this week on the blog!

Thanks to NetGalley, St. Martin's, Kensington, Skyhorse Publishing & Astrid Arditi for these titles! I'm super excited to read and review these! Not to mention all the books I've been getting accepted for is shaping up the next few months to be awesome on the blog guys! I've got stuff publishing from March-July so far. So look for some awesome reviews in the next few months of the NetGalley books you've been seeing me get!

So I've heard a lot or good stuff about Falling Kingdoms so I decided to pick up a copy finally. James actually came across The Doors You Mark Are Your Own when we went to our used book/entertainment store to look for PS4 games and thought it sounded interesting.

So good bookish news! James was super awesome and ordered me 5 books this week. 3 will be coming in on Wednesday, so they'll be in next weeks post. And then the other 2 will vary coming in March. I'm excited!!

Windows 10 is still causing lots of issues. Now it's just freezing every time I go to do something and I have to wait for it to unfreeze. It's seriously so unamusing... Like this is just ridiculous. I just wanna use my laptop without issues!!!

For those of you who watch Top Gear/The Grand Tour... *James May voice* GOOD NEWS!! Lol. I practiced some more of driving James jeep. I made it up to second gear and I reversed off his parents driveway (his parents have a big yard and live on a dirt road with not a lot of traffic, so good area to practice)! And I'm doing much better with letting the clutch out while putting the right amount of gas in. I'm feeling much more confident in exactly where the sweet spot with the two is. Another fun thing, while we were at his parents, he also taught me a little how to ride a motorcycle/scooter. That was pretty fun too!

As always, there's still lots of time to sign up for the Dystopia Reading Challenge! I'd love to have you! And please please share on other sites. I have the blog and goodreads, but I'm not on sites like Booklikes, so if you are, please share! Also, for those interested, I'll add the vote for the first read-a-long of the challenge again. Anyone will be able to join, regardless of whether you do the challenge. :) So far, Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard is in the lead.

Review of SINdicate (The New Lyons Sequence #2) by J.T. Nicholas
Review of Just One Year (Just One Day #2) by Gayle Forman

These two are my current reads, so look for reviews hopefully this week. I'm aiming for one at the beginning of the week and one near the end. :)

As promised, here's the poll for those of you interested in the read-a-long! It'll be open to anyone even if you don't do the dystopia challenge. I just love reading & chatting books with others!!!

    1. It is!! I have to admit I really love the gold on it! It really makes it pop! It is! Its a bit scary first starting cuz you think your gonna fall when you put your legs up. Lol. But once you get passed that, its not so bad. Lol. My main issue is working on getting around corners right now without wobbling.

  8. I want to throw my laptop out of a window. Constantly freezing, I have to wait two minutes every time I click on a tab. I couldn't use sticky notes for 2 months because they wouldn't open and every time I try and save a picture the whole computer crashes for five minutes. On top of that it's constantly forcing mandatory updates that just make the whole situation worse.

    1. My update thing is broken. Lol. The last update screwed up the update file setting or something (that's what I thing the error is trying to explain??). I really feel that pain. I've almost thrown my laptop across the room so many times this week cuz of the freezing! And don't even get me started on pictures. It freezes when I save one, click on one, upload one. Oy... The damn thing froze every time I had to upload a picture for this post from the computer. What should have maybe taken me half an hour at most to do the entire post took me over an hour because of the freezing...

    1. Thanks! You too! I was a bit scared trying too. Not as scared as my mother in law though. Me and James are actually learning to ride on her's and my father in laws scooter to get the feel of things. My father in law used to ride motorcycles before so he's good at it but my mother in law is incredibly scared of trying even though she wants to learn. But me getting on and trying actually encouraged her to get on and try for the first time with mine and James help. So I felt really good that my trying gave her the confidence to give it a try!

  13. I requested Sky in the Deep, too, though I haven't gotten any approval yet. I just switched to Wordpress and didn't transfer all of my reviews over, so I don't look as worthy as I used to. But I can deal. :)

    1. I hope you get it!!! :) It took me less than a week to get approved, but St. Martin's Press is a publisher I usually don't have an issue getting approved from. I try to request stuff from publishers I've been approved from multiple times before. Unless its a book I really really want even if its from a publisher that's declined me a bunch before, then I'll take the chance and see if I get lucky. Aww. I've thought about switching but I have no idea how to go about it and don't wanna lose stuff. Plus I'm pretty comfortable with blogger so I just stayed put. Lol.

  16. When my son was learning to drive a manual, he use to pop the clutch in first gear or he would add to much gas a peel out... after a while I though we would need new tires. I love riding my motorcycle, I had many great adventures throughout the years. Enjoy and be safe. The read-a-long sounds like fun, I have two books that are listed that I still need to read. Enjoy all your reads this week and the new books you have arriving soon.

    1. Heh. I've done the too much gas and peel out. A few weeks ago I moved the jeep from a random parking space in my apartment complex back to our assigned spot (Someone had parked in ours) and thats when I did a peel out. LOL. Thanks!
