In My Mailbox [#16]

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren where we share new books we bought, received, won etc.

So I've been waiting for this to come in and I'm so excited that it finally did! Now I have my own copy finally! But let me tell you how it came in. So it came in sometime between Monday and Wednesday this week but I didn't get it until Friday. Here's why, apparently the mailman/ups guy whoever it was went to the wrong house and went to my neighbors instead. When my neighbors told the guy it belonged to me the mailman/ups guy didn't feel the need to bring the package to my house or my mailbox. He just felt the need to toss it over my back fence instead. So my dad found the package on Friday in the back yard. Now, here's where I got lucky. It rained Thursday night but the rain only soaked the cardboard packaging and NOT the book. So the book ended up being perfectly fine. But I'm really pissed with the mailman/ups guy who just tossed the package over my back fence where we wouldn't know it would be.
