Teaser Tuesday [#9]

Teaser Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading.

Anyone can play along! just do the following:

1. Grab your current read
2. Open to a random page
3. Share two (2) "teaser" sentences from somewhere on that page.
BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (Make sure that what you share doesn't give too much away! You don't want to ruin the book for others!)

    I haven't read any of the books in this series, but I've heard good things about them. Maybe I will pick them up sometime :)

    I've been meaning to check out Ally Carter's books but I still haven't. I've heard amazing things about her books; I probably start reading one of her books soon, probably the first book in this series.
